1. Veri Sorumlusu1. Data Controller

Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Unik Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“BodyBio Türkiye” / “Şirket”) tarafından, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında aşağıda açıklanan çerçevede işlenmektedir.Your personal data is processed by Unik Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("BodyBio Türkiye" / "the Company") as data controller, within the framework described below, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation.

Kimlik bilgileri (ad-soyad); iletişim bilgileri (telefon, e-posta, teslimat ve fatura adresi); müşteri işlem bilgileri (sipariş ve alışveriş geçmişi, talep ve şikayet kayıtları); finansal bilgiler (ödeme işlemine ilişkin bilgiler — kart bilgileri Şirket tarafından saklanmaz, ödeme kuruluşu üzerinden işlenir); işlem güvenliği ve site kullanım bilgileri (IP, çerez ve benzeri veriler).Identity data (name, surname); contact data (phone, email, delivery and billing address); customer transaction data (order and purchase history, request and complaint records); financial data (payment transaction details — card details are not stored by the Company and are processed via the payment institution); transaction security and site usage data (IP, cookies and similar data).

Siparişlerinizin alınması, hazırlanması ve teslimi; ödeme süreçlerinin yürütülmesi; faturalandırma ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi; müşteri ilişkileri, destek ve talep/şikayet yönetimi; web sitesinin işletilmesi, iyileştirilmesi ve güvenliğinin sağlanması; açık rızanız bulunması hâlinde kampanya ve bilgilendirme iletilerinin gönderilmesi.Receiving, preparing and delivering your orders; managing payment processes; invoicing and fulfilling legal obligations; customer relations, support and request/complaint management; operating, improving and securing the website; and, where you have given explicit consent, sending campaign and informational messages.

Verileriniz; bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması, Şirketin hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi, bir hakkın tesisi/kullanılması/korunması ve Şirketin temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaatleri hukuki sebeplerine; ticari elektronik ileti gibi hâllerde ise açık rızanıza dayanılarak işlenir.Your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that the Company fulfils its legal obligations, that a right is established/exercised/protected, and the Company's legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed; and, in cases such as commercial electronic messages, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Kişisel verileriniz; web sitesi üzerindeki sipariş ve iletişim formları, üyelik/oturum işlemleri, çerezler ve elektronik iletişim kanalları aracılığıyla otomatik ve kısmen otomatik yollarla toplanır.Your personal data is collected automatically and partly automatically via order and contact forms on the website, membership/session processes, cookies and electronic communication channels.

6. Aktarım6. Transfers

Verileriniz; siparişin teslimi için kargo firmaları, ödemenin alınması için banka/ödeme kuruluşları, e-posta ve barındırma gibi altyapı hizmet sağlayıcıları ve yasal olarak yetkili kamu kurum/kuruluşları ile, yalnızca ilgili amaçla sınırlı olarak ve gerekli güvenlik tedbirleri alınarak paylaşılabilir.Your data may be shared with shipping companies for order delivery, banks/payment institutions for collecting payment, infrastructure service providers such as email and hosting, and legally authorised public institutions/bodies — only for the relevant purpose and with the necessary security measures in place.

7. Saklama Süresi7. Retention Period

Kişisel verileriniz, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı/saklama süreleri boyunca muhafaza edilir; bu sürelerin sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the limitation/retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, şartları oluştuğunda silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly; to request deletion/destruction when the conditions are met; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages.
